We do accept returns on non-customized items. The customer is responsible for shipping items back to Spooner Creek within 7 days of item being delivered. Used items will not receive refunds. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There will be a 10% restocking fee on returns.
Custom orders and ready-to-ship items are final sales.
